Products are returnable with pre-authorized Return Material Authorization (RMA) number, Within 30 days of receipt of item/s. Special order items are considered final sale, NO refunds on special orders unless fault is due to East Coast Carts error. If damaged by shipping company you need to contact us within 3 days of receiving damaged shipment to make claim.
